If the recent salmonella outbreak affecting salsa and such in Texas doesn’t get cleaned up soon, this is going to be a real problem. At least twice a week, I go to Taqueria La Paloma in Dallas. While salsa verde is important to me, I really can’t imagine my tacos without cilantro and cebolla (onion). It would be like barbecue without the sauce.
Here’s hoping the Feds this this cleaned up pronto.
